Nutrition |
Our body is made from foods, water, and air. There are 50+ essentials that it must gather in order to function properly. It needs light, air, water, and a source of energy to include food. From this food it needs to get 13 vitamins, 20-21 minerals, 8-11 essential amino acids, and 2 fatty acids. Since most of us are not breatharions (people who live by air only) nourished by the finer energies, sunlight, and the cosmic power that recharges the body through its higher energy centers, we have to eat food. |
Fresh food is said to be more nutritious, but why? Plant foods transform the earth's inorganic nutrients into organic elements inside their cell structure, and we utilize these elements by eating the plant. We can't take things such as minerals directly from the soil and use them. A mud pie is not very nutritious. That's why certain mineral and spring waters can be poisonous to your health. We can't digest these minerals until the plant has processed them. Edible plant life such as fruits and vegetables present the first line of food available to us. All other sources can be considered to be second hand and qualitatively less nutritious. The vitamins, minerals, the water, and the energy of the sun, all go to the plant life first. Fruits and vegetables are logically the most nutrient dense foods. However, meats and other food types have their place, and can be an asset to health when used in a knowledgeable way. |
All foods have another nutritive aspect that is little known, but is of equal importance. Plants and animals also have auric, or subtle bodies. When one eats a plant or animal, the greater benefit is from its etheric body, and its prana (lifeforce), not the flesh matter. The flesh part is infused with prana and the etheric. When the plant or animal is killed, its lifeforce recedes quickly, and its life giving nutritive properties are diminished rapidly, thereby decreasing its nutritional value. This results in a need to eat harvested food as soon as possible for maximum nutritional benefits. |
We interact with the dynamism of the food we eat. It affects us on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. Life is an obligation to endure. Endurance starts with the exercise of body, mind, and true essence. The first step is to wake up and start working in own lab, or you. This in turn calls for the release of interleukin two which benefits the immune system. It increased by two times the blood plasma interferon levels that help fight cancer. Exercise is now shown to create a minimum of an additional 50% boost in the immune system's chance of preventing cancer, and that it causes improved function in all metabolic activity. |
